Just a short note : We do get inquiries about the construction taking place. Some customers contacted me regarding the progress. I never considered this when starting this little progress report. But of course, some buyers of property are not residing in Bangkok, and can not get proper information about their (future) property. I will try to keep things up-to-date, but of course, not every new stone laid is newsworthy.

This spirit house is still standing at the site as off 20 May 2007. Not sure what will happen to it in the future.
Update : [June 2007] The spirit house has been removed with a proper religious ceremony. |

Just a reminder. The sidestreet of Sukhumvit Soi 23 where Wind Sukhumvit is being built, is prone to regular flooding, about 5-15 times a year. Pedestrians will be stuck for usually about 3 hours before the flooded area disappears. And you may have to drive your car through a least 1 foot of water. |
