CentralWorld : Some more Images

This map (part of a map that also highlights the surrounding shopping centers) can be seen at the Chitlom skytrain station, when walking in the direction of Central World. Good for basic orientation.

When walking about Central World, one can have the impression that the place is less than crowded. We also have that impression, by the way, when visiting Siam Paragon during the daytime.

For quite a few years there have been movie theatres at Central World (formerly known as World Trade Center). They are now being extensively expanded and renovated. Operated as SF World Cinema by SF Cinema City. According to Wikipedia, It will feature 15 screens consisting of two First Class screens and one Grand Theatre with over 900 seats that can also be convert into a performing-arts theater.

The girls at Cafe de Bliss will be happy to serve you some excellent coffee, when you visit them on the third floor of CentralWorld.
Direction : from the Sky Walk, take the first entry point (not the one going into Zen Department Store), and walk straight ahead. That should take you very closeby. Beats Starbucks Monotaste Coffee hands down.

The movie 'Naresuan the Great' will be prominent throughout 2007. Three episodes of this trilogy will be shown during the year. CentralWorld has many displays on offer, scattered over the whole shopping area (and at the time of our visit, also a photographic exhibitions close to SF World Cinema). Here a 'life soldier' with a mockup throne hall behind.
