Wat Phrakaew is a 'combined' attraction with the Grand Palace. You enter the Temple of the Emerald Buddha compound first, and then proceed to visit the Grand Palace. Our advise is to enter as soon as it opens, you will have 60-90 minutes of relative quiet before the tour buses arrive en masse.
